Fat Loss Transformation Secrets By Rob King
I often get asked what my “secrets” are for such amazing fat loss transformations in such a short period of time.
A huge part of my fitness business is body transformation, and I am known for the results that I get. Many people have even referred to me as the “Transformation King” because of what my clients are able to accomplish with such a quick turnaround. (Generally 42 days).
In this article, I plan to share with you some of my fat loss transformation secrets.
Secret #1 – There Is No “Secret”
You had to see this one coming.
There is no big “secret” to getting amazing transformation results. The real “secret” is hard work, discipline, training, and nutrition.
The most important part of the transformation, however, is having a fat loss transformation SYSTEM.
Our 42-day programs all have systems in place to make them work. You can have the best nutrition, training and supplement information, but without a system, you are not going to get the desired results.
Secret #2 – You Need A Start & End Date
The worst thing you could ever do when setting a goal in training is to just say “I am going to get in shape.”
I hear it all the time.
This will not work.
You need a definitive start and end date and you need URGENCY. In our 42-day programs, we make every day count. We don’t waste a single day. Everything is laid out day by day, meal by meal, workout by workout. The plan is already laid out and done for you.
Without a start or end date, you are doing this blind. You have no structure and no focus. For a full transformation, you need to have these things.
Set yourself a start date and an end date. Take these dates and your transformation timeline very seriously.
Secret # 3 – You Need A Definitive Goal.
This is a big one. Most people who go to the gym go in with no goal. With no goal, you have no direction. With no direction you have no motivation. With no motivation you have no results.
I am in the results business, and that is why my training and my programs are in high demand. I guarantee results, and my results always start with me knowing exactly where my clients will be at the end of 42 days.
Goals are very important, so I want to go into more detail on this. Here are some examples of poor goals:
– “I want to lose fat.”
– “I want to build muscle.”
– “I want to ‘tone.’” (This word is actually banned at my gym.)
Here are some examples of good goals:
– “I want to lose 18 lbs of fat in 42 days.”
– “I want to add 40 lbs to my bench press in 6 weeks.”
– “I want to lose 3 inches off my waist in 21 days.”
These goals are specific and measurable; this is key in getting results.
Secret #4 – The Power Of Community
Never underestimate the power of community in getting results, and also in staying on track with your programs.
More than the “diet” they are on, more than the training program they are following, more than the supplements they take, the power of community matters to our most successful clients.
Be sure to attack your goals as a group or with a team. The team is always stronger than you trying to do it alone. Don’t be afraid to ask for help, and use your community as your support network.
I can’t stress enough the importance of community in getting results.
As you can see from these 4 fat loss transformation secrets, none of them are actually the specific training or supplement program that I use. I can tell you from experience that having these other factors in place is far more important than which “diet” someone is on, or which training program they are following.
