Fat Loss Motivation

bally-walk-smallHope you had a great weekend. I had a lot of catching up to do here since I was away for almost 10 days. Laundry, a haircut, and a lot of walking Bally the Dog.

Plus, going through all of your emails that I missed. I heard from a lot of folks who needed some inspiration…so I did some reading and researching this week and came up with…

3 Things You MUST Do This Week for Inspiration and Motivation

I want you to start it off “Leading by example.” I want you to be LOUD and PROUD of your decision to live a healthier life.catherine1

Step 1) If you don’t have social support, take charge as the leader.

Lead by example. Bring in healthy food to work. Tell everyone that you are starting a new exercise program. Ask others if they want help or support.

Eventually, a lot of people will come to you for advice and support. And you’ll have built a powerful network of social support to help keep you and everyone around you on track.

2) Be confident in your choices.

Don’t be ashamed or embarrassed when you say “no” to donuts or pizza at work. If it’s not in your diet plan, stay strong and say no thanks and then eat what you prepared.

NO ONE has the right to make you feel bad for eating healthy.

3) People will respect your decisions, even if it seems at first that they don’t.

Often, the folks who are most resistant to your changes are the ones who want to make those changes themselves!

So stay strong, and lead by example.

halYOU are the one making the right decision. Never forget that!

I’m very proud of your hard work.

Speaking of leading by example, the finalists for the 5th Turbulence Training Transformation Contest did exactly that.

In fact, there is one finalist, that I can’t name because I don’t want to influence your voting, who made one of the most impressive transformations EVER.

And to truly understand, you have to go beyond just looking at the before and after photos and go through the powerful essays that all of our finalists put together.

These really are amazing stories from men and women of all ages and of all walks of life – just like you – who committed to an amazing mind and body transformation.

That’s another thing most folks overlook – and that’s how powerful the mental transformation is during these 12 weeks. After all, you can’t noticeably change your body without dramatically improving your confidence and self-esteem at the same time.

By the end of the 12 weeks, everyone who completes the transformation feels like they are UNSTOPPABLE! It’s such a rush.

So please go and check out the finalists and vote for your favorite man and woman here:

Anyone can vote, so please share that link with your friends. And we’ll tell you the winners on Thursday…

…PLUS I’ll have another powerful piece of inspiration for you on Thursday (my friends were loving it when I posted it on my Facebook page last week).

Until then, stay strong, and get ready to become unstoppable.
