Easy 4 Ingredient Gogi Coconut Energy Bites
“Energy” bars seem to get a really bad rap these days by most health professionals
— and I have to agree. That’s because the energy bars found in commercial grocery
and convenience stores are too often nothing more than glorified candy bars.
Making your own energy‐boosting treats is not only easy, it’s a great way to ensure
you are getting the nutrients you need from quality sources — plus you control the
quantity, which a big issue with most “energy” bars.
