Yesterday morning I stopped by the Diet Solution Headquarters here in Denver to film some videos with Isabel De Los Rios, the world famous nutrition expert.

Isabel is one of our partners in the upcoming $100,000 Early To Rise Transformation Contest (yes, we’re giving away $100,000 to men and women that change their lives in 4 categories). More details about this contest – that starts on Dec. 26th – soon.

Before the filming, I did a quick bodyweight workout using the 20-10 Revolution System.

1) Jumping Jacks – 8 rounds
2) Burpees – 8 rounds
3) Total Body Extensions – 8 rounds
4) Spiderman pushup – 4 rounds

That workout lasted 14 minutes, and now to ruin a little bit of the surprise…

you’ll get the complete TT 20-10 Bodyweight Revolution program as a free bonus when you get…
The TT Holiday at Home Fat Burning System here <= get it here

But hurry, working out at home for the holidays ends soon. You’ll get over $147 of fat burning home workouts for 85% off.

That’s just a fraction of the price of a gym membership, not that you’ll be able to use a gym membership during this crazy busy time of the year.

So save time, save money, and avoid getting stuck in holiday traffic…instead, burn fat at home with the complete TT Holiday Home Fat Burning Workouts (plus, don’t forget that you’ll get access to the 20-10 Bodyweight Revolution as a bonus.)

Now about that STRANGE STORY that happened last week when I crossed the border from Canada into Michigan…

So, you must be a musician or something?” Customs Agent Dunn asked me after I handed him my passport.

“Uh, no, sorry,” was my timid reply.

“Well it says here, you’re ‘Outstanding’,” he said, waving my O-1 Visa in the air.

And technically, he’s right. In order to do my filming and all my TT adventures in America, I needed a work Visa.

But it’s not easy to get one. My first application was denied, but eventually I was able to convince (rightfully so, I must add!) the United States Government that I was Outstanding in my Field of Excellence (<= old Homer Simpson joke reference).

So as I explained to Customs Agent Dunn, “I write for Men’s Health magazine and create home workout programs for people.”

His eyes lit up.

For the next 5 minutes he talked about his career as a salesman in the oil business, going to far away places like Fort McMurray in northern Alberta where he would work on oil rigs and find a sturdy pipe to do pullups, or how he would do bodyweight exercises in his hotel room after running stairs.

“I only stayed in hotels with at least three floors,” he said.

It was great to hear from this spry old fella that was staying young and fit with bodyweight training and short workouts.

But I’m sure the cars behind me at the Blue Water Bridge in Port Huron, Michigan were wondering what the heck was going on.

Was that guy in the white Toyota Camry rental car running drugs?

Haha, no, I was not. Although I did have a TRX in the trunk.

Anyways, after a few more minutes of asking me for some new exercises, eventually Customs Agent Dunn wished me a good day and great journey…

…but not before sticking out his hand for farewell handshake.

Now I’ve been through customs many times but not once has a Customs agent ever been so nice or wanted to shake my hand.

(Usually they just threaten to send me into ‘the back room’ because they can’t understand why I travel to so many seminars.)

And at this point, the people in the cars behind me must have been completely bewildered.

Who shakes hands with Customs Agents? Ha!

What an interesting little turn of events that was…

After that, it was on to work filming dozens of metabolic workouts with Certified Turbulence Trainers Mike Whitfield and Brian Kalakay. And we have some doozies for you.

But until those are ready (probably early next year – film editing takes a long longer than I thought), I want you to try out this 15-Minute Metabolic Workout:

1A) DB Split Squat – 30 seconds per side
1B) DB Chest Press – 30 seconds
1C) DB Row – 30 seconds per side
1D) Total Body Extension – 30 seconds
1E) X-Body Mountain Climbers – 30 seconds
1F) Run-in-Place or Jump Rope – 30 seconds
Rest 1 minute and repeat 2 more times.

Enjoy!

I’ll be back NEXT week with my most recent Men’s Health magazine interview where I gave them five exercises NEVER to do…and what you CAN do as replacements.

Until then, don’t miss out on your last chance to get the Ultimate Home Fat Burning Workout kit for the holidays.
