How to Legally Profit With the Insiders…

There’s no question the “insiders” have the advantage when it comes to making money.  And “they” have perfectly legal and ethical ways to consistently keep income streams flowing their way…

But what if you could reap the same consistent profits the “insiders” do, week after week?  Actually, you can.  I was one of them.  Had access to all the secrets they use to make enormous amounts of money.  And I’m willing to share that information with you for two reasons.

To discover those reasons and how I know for a fact you can easily make great money just by following a few fairly simple steps, click here…

The No-Risk Contrarian Way to Make a Lot of Money

By Andrew M. Gordon

Wilbur Ross is a multi-billionaire and legendary investor. He made his money by buying hated assets – like steel when nobody was touching it and Japanese banks when they were saddled with debt. (Sound familiar?)

So what is he buying now? Anything that has been hurt by high oil prices. He just purchased an Indian airline, for example.

Mr. Ross is a confirmed contrarian who likes to run ahead of the Wall Street pack. He loves to buy when the market knocks down the prices of assets and companies he thinks will bounce back. Banks, insurance companies, mortgage companies, home builders, and some retail companies are the ones now getting killed by the market.

If you think we’ll have a thriving real estate market again (and it’s only a matter of time), mortgage companies and home builders would be good investments. Choose the ones that have been punished unfairly by the market… that haven’t sold off their revenue-producing assets… that have management who weren’t reckless but simply got caught up in a falling market. In other words, you still have to do your homework and pick the best of the bunch.

Because you have a little less money than Mr. Ross, instead of investing in these companies right away, keep an eye on them. When their share prices begin to go up, pounce. I want you to see the bottom rather than try to guess when it’ll come. You’ll be leaving only a little money on the table… and it’s a much safer way to invest.

[Ed. Note: When you see a bunch of investors looking in one direction, look the other way. As contrarian investor Andrew Gordon has discovered, going against the grain can often be your best chance to profit. Get Andrew's recommendations for low-risk investments with high profit potential right here.]

7 Renegade Rules for Fat Loss

By Craig Ballantyne

You never know where you’re going to find useful, practical advice for improving your life. Surprisingly, some of the same techniques that can help you become more successful in business can help you get fitter, leaner, and healthier.

You see, I try to read a book per week – and I recently picked up Rules for Renegades by Christine Comaford-Lynch. Despite the fact that the book is geared toward entrepreneurs, I discovered, in its pages, lots of wisdom for people who want to lose weight. For example, I found that I could adapt Christine’s “10 Renegade Rules for Success” to work for fat loss as well.

Let me show you how I did it with Christine’s top five Renegade Rules. (You’ll have to pick up her book to learn the other five.)

Christine’s Renegade Rule #1: Take responsibility.

We all need to take full responsibility for the things that happen in our lives. And that includes how big our bellies are.

Only you are in control of what you eat. Only you are in control of your workouts. Only you are in control of whether or not you get out of bed 45 minutes earlier each day to do your resistance and interval training.

Once you accept responsibility, the rest is easy. When you know that only you are in control of how many calories come in each day, and how many calories are burned, you can take the right actions to help yourself burn fat.

Christine’s Renegade Rule #2: Solicit support.

I can’t agree with Christine enough on this one. I was one of the first fat-loss experts to talk about the importance of social support in reaching health and fitness goals – and I’ve mentioned it many times in ETR.

So get a nutrition buddy at work, a workout buddy at the gym, and lots and lots of positive people supporting you in your fat-loss efforts. The more people you have on your side, the better.

Thanks to the Internet, putting together a support group is easier than ever. With the ETR Health Forum or my Turbulence Training membership site, you’ll be able to connect with other men and women all around the world who share the same goals as you do.

Your social support group will inspire you when you are feeling down or when you’ve had a bad day. Plus, they will hold you accountable and encourage you to get back on track if you stray from your diet. They won’t accept any of your excuses!

Christine’s Renegade Rule #3: Toss toxicity.

You not only have to build a strong support group, you also have to spend less time with people who undermine your efforts. If your workmates bring in doughnuts every day, for example, you must make sure they understand that you’ll have no part of it. Take a stand. Take responsibility for your actions, and tell them you’re not interested.

Toss the toxicity out of your kitchen, too. No more chips, soda, candy, or processed foods of any kind. Get rid of it! Say goodbye to temptation, because even fitness pros can’t keep their hands out of the cookie jar if it’s there (and full of soft, chewy, chocolate chip cookies).

Christine’s Renegade Rule #4: Persevere.

Too many folks give up just before they succeed. You’ve got to force yourself to keep going. That’s what separates the winners from the folks who never manage to burn their belly fat. After all, it’s not called “stubborn fat” without good reason.

There will be tough times, make no mistake about it. But perseverance is what separates the mediums from the XXLs… the 40-inch waists from the 32s… the sweatshirted folks on the beach from those walking around in skimpy bathing suits.

Which group do you want to be in?

Christine’s Renegade Rule #5: Pay attention.

There’s no way to know how well you’re doing with your fitness goals unless you are measuring the results. Successful businesspeople track and test everything they do, and you should be doing the same. Track your nutrition. Write down what you eat at each meal. Record your workouts.

Review your workouts and diet frequently to identify what is working. That way, you can always come back to successful programs in the future when you are struggling.

Along with social support, tracking your progress might be one of the most overlooked aspects of fat loss success. Track and test your habits and get to know your body.

Follow the above five rules, and you’ll soon see a big difference in the way you look. But you can get results even faster and with less workout time by following two more rules – my own Renegade Rules for Fat Loss.

Craig Ballantyne’s Renegade Rule #6: Try for a personal best with every workout.

Why should you care about performance when all you want to do is lose inches? Because constantly improving your performance will help you improve your fitness, and the fitter you get, the more fat you will burn.

And you don’t have to be breaking records. Just try for a little more every time you exercise. If you do 10 push-ups today, aim for 12 next time you work out. If you do 30 squats today, try for 35 next time or the time after that.

Craig Ballantyne’s Renegade Rule #7: Perform CRUNCH-FREE workouts for maximum results in minimum time.

You never have to do another crunch again, even if you want a flat stomach or six-pack abs. Crunches are not an efficient exercise, and don’t burn a lot of calories. So scrap them from your workout program and spend your “crunch time” on calorie-burning, fat-blasting interval training instead.

There you have it: 7 Renegade Rules for Fat Loss that will practically guarantee your success.

[Ed. Note: You CAN get the body you've always wanted. And Craig's 7 Renegade Rules for Fat Loss can help. If you want to go a step further, Craig has developed a workout system that can help you build muscle and burn fat. Get the details here.

As Craig mentioned, social support is a big part of sticking to your fitness plan. Get plenty of support - plus healthful recipes, exercise tips, and updates on the latest health breakthroughs - right here.]

Dear ETR: “Have you found an optimal way to sell a screenplay?”

“I was reading in Ready, Fire, Aim that you sold a screenplay. Have you found an optimal way to sell one? I’m revising a movie script that I wrote over the past couple of years in hopes of selling it one day. Just wondering if you had any nuggets of wisdom on this.”

C.C.

Michigan

Dear C.C.,

I hope you didn’t read that in Ready, Fire, Aim, because it’s not true. I have written several screenplays, one of which is being farmed out to potential buyers as we speak. But I have not yet sold one.

I did write, produce, and direct two movies: a documentary and a feature film. Both were very bad products and very difficult experiences. But they taught me many valuable lessons about filmmaking and distribution that I won’t soon forget. Paul Lawrence, my partner in those films, continued working hard at writing and selling screenplays, and has since sold or optioned six feature screenplay scripts and two television projects.

One of his screenplays – Cruel World – got multimillion-dollar funding and was made into a movie. It’s available in most video retail outlets across the country.

The first thing I can tell you about selling screenplays is this: The concept is king. Producers and directors are busy people. They have very little time to spend on reviewing and approving new scripts. That job is usually done by an underling who has been taught to recognize plots that will pass the 15-second pitch test.

Fifteen seconds is about how much time the average script gets to sell itself to someone who might buy it. In The Savvy Screenwriter, Susan Kouguell says:

“Story analysts are the lowest people on the film industry totem pole, but they are also the most important to you. Despite their dismal pay and low status, story analysts have a huge responsibility – to find that winning property and new writing talent! Story analysts may get three scripts to read overnight after a full day of reading. It’s your job to grab their attention and make them want to forward your script to their bosses, who have the power to get your movie made.”

Paul has created a very good program – “How to Break Into Hollywood” – that will help answer your question with specificity. It will show you:

  • How to find producers who might buy your project
  • The way to contact producers so they will take you seriously
  • How to package your project so it’s almost impossible for producers to resist
  • All of the different methods to market your project, including pitch marts, querying, and finding an agent
  • The best ways to protect your concept and know you’re dealing with legitimate producers
  • How to create credibility even if you’re brand-new to the business

How Would You Rate This Headline?

By Bob Bly

I received a mailing today promoting a stock newsletter. In big, bold type, the headline on the outer envelope reads: “Inside: Three stocks set to quadruple in price in the next 12 months.”

Now, if you are new to marketing financial products… you might think this is a good headline. But to anyone with experience, it’s fairly lame.

The problem is, I – and everyone else on the mailing lists used in financial direct mail – have read this headline (or others nearly identical) about a zillion times before. The lack of originality robs it of impact – and reminds us that it’s a pure sales pitch.

You can’t know this unless you are an active reader of financial direct mail. That’s why you need to be on as many mailing lists as you can – online and offline – and read all the print and Internet promotions that come your way.

Not only does this give you marketing ideas and show you what’s working, it also educates you on what has been done to the death – and should be avoided in your own promotional efforts.

Doctors, engineers, and scientists keep up with the latest developments and current activity in their respective fields. Marketers must, too.

[Ed. Note: Keeping up with the latest in your field may not be easy. But if you have experts to guide you along the path to success, you're sure to reach it much faster. Learn how you can get dozens of ETR's top business builders to show you the ropes right here.

It’s Fun to Know: Snake Venom

Like fine wine, snake venom takes on different characteristics depending on the geographic location it comes from. Researchers working in Costa Rica found that the chemical makeup of venom in a particular species was different for populations found on the Caribbean and Pacific coasts. They also discovered that – again, like fine wine – age is a factor. The venom from newborn snakes was substantially different than the venom from older snakes.

These new findings could lead to more effective antivenins, which are used to treat snakebites in humans.

Word to the Wise: Doctrinaire

Something that’s “doctrinaire” (dok-truh-NARE) – from the French – is impractical, merely theoretical.

Example (as used by Lisa Margonelli in a New York Times review of Bottlemania by Elizabeth Royte): “Partway through her undoctrinaire book, Royte, a lifelong fan of tap water, refills her old plastic water bottle, reflecting that ‘what once seemed so simple and natural, a drink of water, is neither.’”

[Ed. Note: Become a more persuasive writer and speaker ... build your self-confidence and intellect ... increase your attractiveness to others ... just by spending 10 VERY enjoyable minutes a day with ETR's new Words to the Wise CD Library.]

  1. The inclusion in your publication if an offer of an Internet-Instant-Cash website raises serious suspicion in my mind about the veracity of Early to Rise in general, as my own experience and information easily available on the Web indicate extremely high liklihood…near certainty… that it is a SCAM.

Is ETR willing to vouch for this program? Have you done any investigation? Have you asked anyone who signed up?

    I want to know.

I long to long to earn a six figure income that is my dream ,even monthly

  3. Suzanne Richardson says:

    Mr. Rubenstein -

We stand behind everything we sell in ETR.

But should you purchase a product and decide it isn’t right for you, you can return it within the guarantee period and get a full refund. For instance, Instant Internet Income is backed by a one-year guarantee – so there is absolutely no risk to try it out.

If you’d like to talk with people who’ve used the program, I suggest you create a post on our SpeakOut Forum asking for feedback.
