Stairway No Equipment Workout

WORKOUT DESCRIPTION
Perform the following circuit in order. Rest 1 minute after each round. Repeat for 3 Rounds.

1a) Stairway Sprint
1b) Reaching Pushups – 10 reps
1c) Stairway Sprint
1d) Stair Hops/Step Ups – 10 reps
1e) Stairway Sprint
1f) Spiderman Climb Pushups – 5 reps/side
1g) Stairway Sprint
1h) Bulgarian Split Squats – 5 reps/side
1i) Stairway Sprint
1j) Decline Spiderman Pushups – 5 reps/side

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for 3 Rounds.
