5 Muscle Building Truths
Just finished up a Meathead workout at the Bayerischer Hof hotel in Munich.
Today was dumbbell presses, db rows, db incline press, pulldowns, db triceps extensions, and db curls.
Followed that up with a visit to the Nymphenburg Palace (that was a castle, by the way, not a strip club) and the English Garden – where we watched some kids surf, seriously. Munich is fantastic. Wonderful people, and we had perfect weather and memorable adventures.
I’m heading home early Saturday…and looking forward to hitting another Meathead Deadlift workout on Sunday in Toronto.
It’s all about the muscle building these days after a summer devoted to adventure racing.
So here’s the deal…
Today is your FINAL opportunity to join over 13,511 people who, like me, have learned from big “Gentle” Ben Pakulski.
Ben, if you don’t know, is one of the few intelligent bodybuilders that has inspired me and my workout programs over the years.
He recently competed in the SuperBowl of Bodybuilding, the Mr. Olympia competition, in Las Vegas. I’m proud of him, and he inspired today’s 5 Muscle Building Truths list.
1. You need a variety of repetition ranges to build the most muscle.
I know this from experience, both in the research lab and on the training floor.
And Ben knows this from the competitive bodybuilding stage. In his program, you’ll get 14 years of his muscle building education that SPELLS out exactly how to eat & train for twice the results in the next 40 days.
Ben is known as, “The Thinking Man’s Bodybuilder” (one of the reasons I like him) and will never give you a “Well, it works for me…” answer. Instead, you’ll get an in depth & science- based response to all of your muscle building questions.
2. NO OTHER MUSCLE BOOK teaches Intentional Training.
The ONLY place you’ll learn how to manipulate every exercise to achieve INTENTIONAL muscle building results (from the use of the best muscle TENSION methods).
As Ben will show you, it’s not about how MUCH you lift, it’s about HOW you lift it. Simply learning Ben’s “INTENTIONS System” will make ALL of your muscle building workouts twice as effective as they are now.
3. Every part of the rep counts.
From the strong concentric motion (the lifting) to the slow eccentric (the lowering) and even the isometric (pauses in the lift), Ben will show you how to get the most muscle from every single second of effort.
You’ll get SEVEN hours of instructional coaching from Ben so that you can learn how to fully SHORTEN & LENGTHEN every muscle through it’s full range of motion for growth.
(That alone is a $1,050 real world value right there.)
4. You won’t get fat or “bulk up like sumo wrestler”.
You get Ben’s guarantee that you’ll maximize the muscle-to-fat ratio (the majority of test subjects actually LOST fat on these workouts). You’ll KEEP (or get) your abs with Ben’s Three-Phase Nutrition system that has some RADICALLY unique concepts to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time.
5. You DO need arm exercises to build your arms.
A lot of so-called “gurus” are preaching that you don’t need arm exercises to build arm muscles. That’s pretty silly.
So…
When you order before tonight, Ben will also include the EXACT blue print to pack on an INCH to your ARMS in 21 days.
This is the exact workout he used to gain 2 inches on his already buff biceps in just 3 weeks while prepping for 2nd biggest bodybuilding show, the Arnold Classic.
This cannot be bought anywhere else. It’s ONLY available as
a free bonus with Ben’s workout system.
And now a BONUS TRUTH…
These are the SAME methods Ben follows himself. Visit Ben at Powerhouse Gym in Tampa, Florida (as I did back in February of 2012 where he and I trained side-by-side in the squat rack) and you’ll see him cranking out his trademarked NOS system.

PS – At midnight tonight, the price goes up BIG TIME…
…and the arm training bonus disappears.
PPS – Happy Canadian Thanksgiving to my fellow Canucks…
…including Ben Pakulski, who used to live and train in Toronto.
Anyways, this is just aboot my favorite time of the year, eh?
Bally the Dog and I will enjoy some turkey and trimmings, followed by a big walk out on the farm.
Talk soon.
