1) SLOW X-Body Mountain Climbers (slow things down – 2 seconds per movement and pause in the contracted position)
2) Rocking RKC Planks (the best abs exercise to prepare you for bedroom fun!)
3) Power Wheel Rollouts (or Ball Rollouts or TRX Fallouts)
4) 1-Arm Renegade Rows (do all reps on side first…harder on the abs!)
5) TRX Mountain Climbers (the TRX boosts ab workout intensity by at least 25%)

1A) Total Body Extension – 60 seconds
1B) Rocking Plank – 60 seconds
1C) Run-in-Place or Jumping Jacks – 60 seconds
1D) Mountain Climbers – 60 seconds
