Just received a strange question on Facebook that I had to answer for you…

“What weight training do I do  along with Turbulence Training?“

Whoa, someone is confused, because Turbulence Training uses Metabolic Resistance Training, the best fat-burning type of weight training (TT uses a combination of dumbbell and bodyweight exercises you can do at home).

I was going to write a LONG scientific explanation, but instead, I’m just going to give a FREE sample workout (all 27 minutes on video!) from the new Turbulence Training 2.0 program so you can see TT-MRT in action.

Intermediate Workout C from Turbulence Training 2.0

Warm-up Circuit:
- Go through 2 times with no rest between exercises.
- Rest 20 seconds between circuits.
o    Prisoner Squat – 20 seconds
o    Pushup or Kneeling Pushup – 20 seconds
o    Stability Ball Leg Curl – 20 seconds
o    Band Pull – 20 seconds

1A) Goblet Step-Up – 30 seconds per side
- 15 seconds rest/transition.
1B) T-Pushup (alternating sides) – 30 seconds
- 15 seconds rest/transition.
1C) KB (Kettlebell) or DB (Dumbbell) Swing – 30 seconds
- Rest 30 seconds & repeat 1 more times for a total of 2 circuits.

2A) 1-Arm DB Squat & Press – 40 seconds per side
- 20 seconds rest/transition.
2B) DB Renegade Row (alternating) – 40 seconds
- 20 seconds rest/transition.
2C) Suspension Y’s or DB Rear-Delt Raise – 40 seconds
- 20 seconds rest/transition.
2D) Suspension Curls or DB Curls with Palms-up – 40 seconds
- Rest 30 seconds & repeat 1 more time for a total of 2 circuits.

3A) Narrow-Stance Bodyweight Squat – 20 on, 10 off x 4 rounds
3B) Jumping Jacks – 20 on, 10 off x 2 rounds
3C) Narrow-Stance Bodyweight Squat – 20 on, 10 off x 4 rounds
3D) Jumping Jacks – 20 on, 10 off x 2 rounds

Pretty cool, huh?

    After the first 8-weeks turbulence training, do I just start over and repeat as a regular on-going workout routine? Or, should I switch to something else as a break?

      There are 24 weeks of workouts in the Turbulence Training program, not just 8.

        I have seen stuff regarding the TT Home Workout Revolution (http://www.homeworkoutrevolution.com/homepage-no-video/). Is this different from the TT 2.0? I saw something that showed the release date was after the 2.0 version.

        Yes, TT is dumbbells + bodyweight (fat loss AND muscle building). Home Workout Revolution is bodyweight only (more for fat loss)

        Perfect, thank you for all your help. One final question. What is your direct site so I may purchase actually both these programs? As I would like to burn excess fat and build muscle mass, where my fiancé is more interested in bodyweight only training for her to start with. Thank you again for your help

        Two thing I forgot to ask. How many days does it recommend you to do the workouts? I thought I read somewhere it was only 3 days a week. if so how would it affect the program results if I did it 5-6 days a week? Lastly does it have a food plan, etc. ? Again thank you for taking the time to answer my questions. It is greatly appreciated.
