WORKOUT DESCRIPTION
Perform each of the following in order with no rest between exercises.

1. Prisoner Squats – 45 seconds
2. Prisoner Squat Isometric Hold – 15 seconds
3. Jumping Jacks – 45 seconds

Rest for 15 seconds and repeat for 2 more rounds then perform the following:

4. Cross body mountain climbers – 50 reps
