Perform the following circuit in order by setting a timer for 5 minutes. Complete the kickboxing burpee for 5 reps. After your 5 reps is up, rest for the remainder of the minute. Once the next minute interval starts, perform 5 more burpees. Repeat this sequence for 5 total minutes.
1. Total Body Extensions – 20 reps
2. Push-ups – 6 reps
3. Lunge jumps – 6 per side
