WORKOUT DESCRIPTION
Perform the following circuit in order. Rest 30 seconds at the end of the circuit and repeat for 3 total rounds.

1. Side Plank with Star Raise – 10 reps/side
2. Hanging Knee Raises – 20 reps
3. Cross Spider Plank – 8 reps/side

Rest for 30 seconds at the end of the circuit and repeat 2 more times for a total of 3 rounds
