5-Minute 5×5 Bodyweight Workout

WORKOUT DESCRIPTION
Perform the following circuit in order, performing each circuit as many times as possible in 5 minutes. Rest as little as possible between exercises and circuits. For added challenge, you may repeat the 5 minute circuit for 3-4 rounds.

1. Burpee – 5 reps

2. Pushup Shoulder Touch – 5 reps

3. Mountain Climber  – 5 reps

4. Prisoner Reverse Lunge  – 5 reps

5. Prisoner Squat – 5 reps

Repeat circuit as many times as possible in 5 minutes. BONUS: Rest 1 minute, then repeat the 5-minute circuit 2-3 times for 3-4 rounds.
