4-Minute Fat Loss Circuit

WORKOUT DESCRIPTION
Perform the following circuit in order without resting between exercises. Repeat the circuit 2 times for a total of 3 rounds (you may rest for 30 seconds between each circuit, if needed).

1. Burpees – 8 reps
2. Prisoner Squats – 8 reps
3. Close-grip Pushups – 8 reps
4. Total Body Extensions – 8 reps

Rest 30 seconds (optional) and repeat circuit 2 times for a total of 3 rounds
