300-rep Total Body Challenge

WORKOUT DESCRIPTION
Perform each exercise for the prescribed amount of reps, keeping rests at a minimum. Once you have completed all the exercises, rest 1 minute and repeat up to 3 more times for a total of 4 rounds.

1. Squat to Front Kick – 50 reps
2. Pushups – 50 reps
3. Total Body Extensions – 50 reps
4. Spiderman Climbs – 50 reps
5. Jumping Jacks – 50 reps
6. Reverse Lunges – 50 reps

Rest 1 minute and repeat 2-3 more times for a total of 3-4 rounds.
