15-Min Jump Rope Dumbbell Circuit

WORKOUT DESCRIPTION
Perform the following circuit in order. Do not rest between exercises. Rest as little as possible between circuits and repeat for 3-5 rounds.

1. Skips with Jump Rope – 50-100 reps
2. High Pulls – 10 reps
3. Single Leg Romanian Deadlift – 10 reps/side
4. Push ups – 10 reps

Do not rest between circuits. Repeat 3-5 times.
