WORKOUT DESCRIPTION
Perform the following circuit in order. Repeat for 3 total rounds.

1. One-leg Romanian Deadlift – 30 seconds/side
2. Burpee Jacks – 1 minute
3. 90% Prisoner Narrow Squat – 1 minute
4. Squat and Thrust – 1 minute

Do NOT rest. Repeat 2 times for 3 total rounds.
