Suck Wind Circuit Workout

Heading to NYC from Denver today.

Got in an early “Suck Wind” 30-minute circuit workout.

Get Started Sucking SuperSet
1A) TBX – 25 reps
1B) Decline Pushups – 15
– 4 rounds, no rest anywhere.

Suck-Wind Circuit
2A) Box Jump – 10 reps
2B) KB Rack Stepup for Weak Leg – 10 reps
2C) Box Jump – 10 reps
2D) KB Rack Stepup for Strong Leg – 10 reps
– 3 rounds, no rest anywhere. Suck wind always.

Suck the Gas Out of Triceps Circuit
3A) Prisoner Squat – 25 reps
3B) Bar Dips – 12 reps
3C) Bodyweight Row – 12 reps
3D) Close-Grip Pushups with Hands on KB Handles – 10 reps
– 4 rounds, no rest anywhere.

Followed by “Kitchen Sink Smoothie” to use up everything in there.
– 300ml water
– Athletic greens
– Paleo Protein powder
– creatine
– 4 stalks celery
– spinach
– blueberries
– strawberries
– 1/4 avocado

I think that was everything.

Ok. Time to fly to NYC. Should be a good arm workout.
