Have you ever been told to eat healthy food before a party?
I used to think that was silly advice.
But then, like millions of others, I’d go to a party starving, like a Superbowl party that you’ll probably attend today, and I’d eat waaaaay too much.
So I tried this “silly advice” to eat an apple or spinach salad or protein shake before a party, and then I realized it worked.
That’s my advice for you today.
If you’re going to a Superbowl party, or if you’re going to an Oscar’s party later this month, or when Christmas rolls around (it’s coming soon, only 300 and some days!), have a healthy snack before you go and it will help with your diet control.
There’s no need to go crazy just because it’s a football game…
…and this advice will help you stick to your plan.
Enjoy the game.

PS – Last Sunday I was in Panama…
…and here’s a picture of the beautiful sunrise (below).
It was a frustrating full day of travel to get there, and I just about cursed while waiting in line to check-in.
But as you know, it’s my goal to never curse again, and thanks to your accountability, I was able to bite my tongue.
So thank you for helping stick to kickin’ a bad habit.
PPS – This week…
You’re going to kick a bad habit by removing temptations & planning two solutions for each obstacle, and you’re going to build a NEW habit in its place.
PPPS – Here’s MY new habit challenge I forgot to mention…
I want to get 52.5 hours of sleep per week. That’s between 7-8 hours per night. So far this year I’ve been hitting 50 regularly, but now I’m pushing for more!
So for me, the daily habit I need to kick is to stop wasting time online during the day so I can get to sleep 15 minutes earlier each night!
