How To Get Bark In Shape

Same thing. Woof woof. *wags tail* In today’s video, you’ll learn how to burn fat and build musclez at the same time.
You’ll love this one. Here’s why it’s so special: It features my favorite Certified TT Trainer, Brian Kalakay, from Lapeer, Michigan. He’s a lil’ guy, like me, but he works really hard (like me, too!).

PS – Here’s a good tip to keep you focused on what really matters in life.
Concentrate on what counts. Make a list of what matters. Keep it with you at all times.
Create a vision board around these areas in your life: Family, Friends, Health, Wealth, Personal Development, and Spiritual Growth.
Review these regularly and use them to say no to dangerous detours and to keep you on the straight line to success.
Wishing you the best.
