We need a new Apprentice.

My Director of Marketing, Amy Dodd, is getting way too busy because we have so many amazing projects on the go.

As are Mike Whitfield and Gary “The ETR Copywriter”, two of my other apprentices. With all of my businesses growing so fast, it’s time to find a new Godfather’s Apprentice.

But let me warn you…

I’m a demanding son of a gun and have high expectations of the people that work with me.

But that’s good news for you.

You’ll get pushed to your limit, forced to improve, drawn out of your comfort zone, and will experience a priceless education…

…all while getting paid for it.

(But not much. You have to earn your keep over time…and at the start, you likely will be doing more learning than contributing.)

So if you’re at all interested in being my next Apprentice, here’s what you need to know:

I’m looking for a driven and ambitious individual. This opportunity isn’t for 99.99% of people…but if you’re the 1% of the 1%, you’ll know it.

We’re looking for someone to join the Turbulence Training world. Someone that has a fitness background (preferably), but most important, wants to help spread the Turbulence Training message to the world.

You have to be dedicated to our Ten Million Transformation Mission. You have to have a deep desire to see people improve their lives. This truly is an opportunity to “leave a dent in the universe”, as Steve Jobs once said.

But this takes a positive person that is serious about getting results. You also have to be a problem-solver.

You’ll be given responsibility and while you’ll be taught and mentored, we don’t have time to babysit.

Just as important, you must be organized.

I’m not.

That’s why you must be.

I will lose the things you send me. You’ll be asked to re-submit your work several times.

You’ll need to be able to clearly and concisely communicate your ideas in as few words as possible. I don’t have time to read novels. Efficiency is essential.

So what’s in this for you?

Like I said, the opportunity to help a lot of people and make true impact on the world.

You get to a join a team of the most positive, high-energy, value adders in the fitness industry.

You’ll experience an opportunity to enhance your education at a rate not possible on your own, whether it’s studying at home, attending seminars with the big names of the industry, or even joining us at our elite Mastermind groups.

It’s also your chance to take what you’ve learned here at Internet Independence and finally apply in a way that allows you to see actual results. You’ll see your efforts work in the real world.

You’ll learn from the best…whether it’s Amy or Mike or myself, or behind-the-scenes insights that other experts like Joel, Bedros, etc. allow me to share with just my team.

The PERFECT person for this position sees this as the opportunity of a lifetime. Literally.

It’s like the Golden Ticket in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Only with a zanier boss and fewer Oompa Loompas, although Mikey can sing a pretty serious work ditty (if you give him enough pancakes).

So if you are…

  •     Impeccably organized
  •     Incredibly productive
  •     Results oriented
  •     Punctual
  •     A sponge when it comes to learning
  •     Positive and personally powerful
  •     And did I mention fantastically organized?

…then this opportunity could be perfect for you if you’re willing to bring the right attitude to it.

As my friend Matt Smith wrote in an ad to find his personal assistant, “In short, the right person has to be willing to do virtually anything that needs done and they have to do it with a smile on their face.”

If that’s you, then a Turbulence Training Apprenticeship just might be for you.

How to apply:

1) In a cover letter, explain why you’re the right person.

You have one page, single spaced, 12 point font, Times New Roman font, to make your case. Send me a two page essay and it immediately goes in the trash.

2) Include a 1-page resume.

One page. I’ll let you guess what happens if it’s 2 pages long.

3) Fax your two page total submission to 1.647.723.7567

No emails. No phone calls. No FB messages. Do any of those and your resume goes in the trash. Just send one fax.

If you’re a candidate for an interview, we’ll contact you.

Thank you for respecting our time.

Compensation:

This will depend…But I can guarantee you one thing…you won’t be overpaid. Remember, it’s an Apprenticeship, NOT a regular job.

But I will pay the right amount for the right person.

And remember, there will be a massive investment in your education. As my Apprentice, you will get access to learning opportunities you couldn’t buy at any price anywhere else.

Before I go, here’s the bottom line:

Over time, I hope to make YOU as successful as you desire yourself to be. It would make me very happy to mentor someone that eventually turns into a partner of some kind. It’s happened before and I hope it will happen again.

And so there it is…

It’s an incredible opportunity for the right person.

For 99.99% of the “average folk”, it’s too much work, involves a foreign concept called ‘learning’, and fails to provide enough security. So be it. It’s not for them anyway.

Turbulence Training only wants exceptional people.

We only want the 1% of the 1%.

So tell me why, in detail, YOU are the right person for this position along with your financial requirements.

To your incredible future,

Craig Ballantyne
