Best Drink To Gain Muscle and Lose Fat At The Same Time

Did you know that what you DRINK each day is one of the most important factors in how much belly fat you have? It’s true.So let’s look at what you might be drinking, and fix this issue so that you can get ripped fast with the Home Workout Revolution program.

After all, you don’t want to waste all of your hard work.

Ok, now to your daily drink review.

Morning Drinks Coffee – There’s nothing wrong with coffee if you keep it under three cups per day. Any more and you could be looking irritability, insomnia, and anxiety.

Green Tea – Great choice. It won’t burn belly fat like you see claimed in magazines (even if it comes in pill form). But it’s healthy and has much less caffeine than coffee. I use a naturally decaffeinated version myself.

Water – Of course you should be drinking this. I get at least three liters per day. Any less and I’m not at my best.

5-Hour Energy or Red Bull – Stop. Do not pass go. Do not spend another dollar on these teeth-rotting, anxiety-giving, nutrient-empty drinks.

Cut those out of your life.Instead of having these, switch over to the BEST drink you can give your body if you want to get lean:

Now let’s take a look at the rest of the day:

Lunch & Afternoon Drinks

Diet Soda – There’s nothing GOOD about diet soda. That we can agree on.

To be honest, I’m not sure how dangerous aspartame is, but you should avoid sucralose.

Drop them both for best results.

Soda or Juice – Avoid all sodas, juices, and other drinks that contain calories and spoonfuls of sugar. None of these will help you get ripped. If you need Vitamin C, skip the juice and eat the fruit!

Coffee or Green Tea – These are fine as long as you stick to the limits and don’t drink them too late in the day or they will keep you up at night.

Dinner & Evening Drinks

Alcohol – Listen, alcohol is not great for fat loss, but it’s not as bad as most people think.

A glass of wine or a beer tends to have about 150 calories, as does a vodka and club soda. But if you mix Jack Daniels with coca-cola, you could be doubling that.

What really can get you is what you eat along with alcohol, because it tends to cause bad food choices.

Drink responsibly and eat the right foods according to the Home Workout Revolution diet program.

Need a trick to avoid eating and drinking too much?Just have a serving of this drink (see the link below) about an hour before dinner.
