7-Minute Swimsuit Body Circuit
Let’s be honest, this woman looks much better in a swimsuit than me.
Or at least, that’s what I think.
Her name is Missi Holt, and she’s demonstrating some of your exercises today.
This simple 7-minute circuit is going to help you look better in your swimsuit.
It works faster than doing boring cardio on a treadmill.
You’re going to love it.
Oh, and there’s one more reason why Missi is filling in for me today – details below…
But first, here’s your free Monday Morning workout. Enjoy!
7-Minute Swimsuit Circuit
Step 1 – Do each exercise for 40 seconds
Step 2 – Rest for 20 seconds between exercises
Step 3 – Do 1 round of the circuit if you are a beginner … and up to 3 rounds for advanced
Step 4 – Use a weight that would allow you to do 15 repetitions of the dumbbell chest press
Step 5 – Use the same dumbbell weight for all exercises (except for bodyweight-only burpees)
1) Goblet Squat
2) 1-Arm Dumbbell Row (40 seconds per side)
3) DB Chest Press
4) DB Reverse Lunge (alternating sides)
5) Burpees or Jumping Jacks
6) Plank
Proper start position for DB Row … and a perfect Plank
So why is Missi filling in for me?
Because I’m ‘gone fishin’.
That’s right.
I’m off on a bit of a working holiday… to England, Scotland, Ireland, Switzerland, and Lithuania.
Yep, all on one trip.
But don’t worry, I’ll be checking in from time to time.
Your results are always on my mind.
However, I’m also taking Missi’s advice that she gave to us in this video.
Make sure you listen to Missi.
