In January of 2006 I was at the lowest of my lows. I was a struggling personal trainer trying to share my message with the world, while at the same time dealing with crippling anxiety attacks.
Each night I’d wake up at 3am with a tingling sensation running from the top of my head down to my fingertips. My chest was tight and I felt as though I couldn’t catch my breath. I thought I was having a heart attack day-after-day for six weeks straight.
I tried everything, from yoga to Qi Gong to all types of relaxing music. I even bought a dog thinking that petting him would ease my worries, but I quickly found out that a rambunctious Chocolate Lab puppy named Bally only adds to your anxiety. Ha!
Eventually I broke free. I hired a coach. He helped me become calm and confident again. It was then that I discovered the 5 Secret Pillars of Transformation Success:

When you have these 5 Pillars in place, you can achieve every goal that you have in life. You can get what you deserve. Your dreams become possible for you to achieve.
I’m living proof. Today I own the business of my dreams. I wake up and help over 255,000 people from all over the world. Each day I march forward towards my 10 Million Transformation Mission, where along with hundreds of Certified Turbulence Trainers, we will transform the lives of 10 Million men and women before the year 2020.
There were some dips and dark days on my journey, just as you might have experienced in your life, or even that you are struggling with today.
