This 4-minute workout ELIMINATES every excuse

Ok, so maybe you’re traveling or stuck at your in-laws for the weekend.

There’s no gym around and you have no equipment, but you still need to workout.

What do you do?

You’re going to get rid of EVERY excuse and use one of these 3 workouts that you can do anytime, anywhere:

NOTE 1: Each workout is a circuit, so you will perform each exercise for 30-40 seconds and then switch to the next exercise with no rest in between.

NOTE 2: These workouts are alternating muscle workouts. Follow the order listed so that one muscle group rests while the other is working and vice versa (typically, lower and upper body).

1. Prisoner Squats
2. Mountain Climbers (or Side Plank, Plank…any total torso/abdominal exercise)
3. Reverse Lunges
4. Side Planks (Hold for 30 seconds/side, you want to work up to 60 seconds)

Done!

PPS – Remember this great quote for the week ahead…

For anyone going through one of those “what should I do with my life” phases, ask yourself: – “What is my purpose/higher calling here on earth?”; “What did my higher power put me here on this earth to do?”; “Who was I put here to serve?”; “What skill/ability do I have that NO ONE else in the world can do better?”; “What do I want my legacy to be?”
