3 foods NEVER to eat again

Great news. Today is a very important day, even more important than New Year’s Day. More about that in a second.

But first, there’s even better news: Thanks to my friend Diana, and to people like you, we are winning the war. Yes, we’re beating the big food companies that fill our world with crap.

If your childhood was like mine, you were raised on high-glycemic foods like Chef Boyardee, sugary cereals (even so-called healthy cereals like Raisin Bran have more sugar than a soda), processed meats and fake cheeses (i.e. ‘cheese spreads’). Sure we loved those foods as 8-year olds, but they were setting us up to be sugar-addicted, overweight adults. But today the truth is out and families are turning their backs on these poisons.

According to the website Mother Jones, cereal sales are down 5.4% and Chef Boyardee is no longer a top seller. Sales at Coca-Cola and McDonald’s are also down. CEO’s of these companies know they are in trouble, saying there’s a, “mounting distrust of so-called Big Food.” Rightly so. Artificial foods found in bags, bottles, and boxes are no longer acceptable. A revolution towards healthy, family-friendly fat burning natural meals has begun.

But this revolution will not be televised. We still have to deal with Rachel Ray giving terrible nutrition advice on her TV show (although she’s my mother’s favorite TV cook, sorry mom!). The real heroes are new-school cooks and regular moms like my friend Diana Keuilian who takes traditional comfort food recipes and removes all the junk and replaces it with natural, minimally processed, fat burning ingredients.

According to the website Mother Jones, Yale medical researchers David Katz and Samuel Meller found that a “diet of minimally processed foods close to nature, predominantly plants, is decisively associated with health promotion and disease prevention.”

That’s the best approach for fat loss, too. Science shows that using minimally processed, natural ingredients is the most important factor in your diet. It doesn’t matter if you follow a low-fat, vegetarian, Paleo, or Mediterranean diet – all will give you great results. What matters is evicting the villains, like Chef Boyardee, the Pillsbury Doughboy, Tony the Tiger, and even the innocent looking Snap, Crackle and Pop (sorry boys, but see ya later!).

It’s OVER for Big Food. They’ve made their profits. Time for them to adapt … or suffer like they made us do for so long.

We’re winning the war because of you, your commitment, and your perseverance to never give up. But we can’t stop now. We must continue to keep the enemy outside the gates and join experts like Diana, who are out there experimenting, and pioneering a new way to eat. She’s showing families how to eat healthy, fat burning meals.

I have every single one of her cookbooks and meal plans and this is the best place to start.
