In 20 minutes, you could burn ___ calories while:
a) Walking = 100 calories
b) Jogging (or “Yogging”, LOL) = 200 calories at 5 mph (for a 185lbs person)
c) Jogging = 140 calories at 5 mph (for a 125lbs person)
d) Ellipticalling (is that a word?) = 175 calories (for a 150lbs person)
Those are all pretty lame, even when you do your walking outside in the Florida sunshine, as I did on the weekend. I don’t even bother counting that as exercise, let alone a ‘workout’. Instead, I depend on 20-minute Metabolic Workouts to double my calorie burn (burning up to 20 calories per minute!).

Monday Metabolic Motivation:
Be proud of the healthy changes you are making in your life. There are many more folks secretly wishing someone will take charge and be a healthy role model for them. It might not happen overnight, but if you continue to lead by healthy example – without preaching or being condescending – you can build an entourage of social support and people who want to be healthy like you.
By the way, the Black Friday Weekend Sale is coming to an end and it will be your LAST CHANCE to get all of my workouts and videos here:

PS – It’s easy to get DOWN…
…on yourself. Far, far easier than keeping your head up and staying motivated on another day when you might be struggling, or feel like you are ‘spinning your wheels’.
But look …if you’re struggling, I know how you feel…I’ve dealt with ‘crap’ of my own (anxiety attacks), and I can tell you that while it might be hard now, it WILL get better if you keep on pushing on. Looking long-term, your situation will get a lot better if we stay strong and committed to your vision.
I believe in you. You CAN – and WILL – do it. So PLEASE believe in yourself and never give up.
