2 Research Studies On Losing Fat Fast

In this study (from scientists at the University of California and published in the European Journal of Applied Physiology) found that reducing your rest intervals by 75% gives “significantly greater enhancements in body composition” (that means you change your body faster). Scientists had women do 30 minutes of exercise. After, they were given either the BAD drink or a GOOD high-protein drink. An hour later they sat down to an all-you-can-eat pasta buffet. When women drank the BAD drink, they ate an extra 250 calories.

What was the BAD drink? => Orange Juice! Juice makes you hungrier so that you overeat, and that’s why the combination of juice and pasta leaves you struggling to lose weight. It’s no better, or even worse, than soda.
