10-Minute Workout for Over-40 Fat Burning

What did you notice happened once you hit 35 or 40? How did your body change? Did things get tougher for you? Did you start having any health problems?

For me, it wasn’t that my performance changed that much, but my ability to recover from longer workouts seemed to decrease. If I did too many sets of lunges, for example, the soreness would stay with me for days.

But these small changes don’t excuse of from getting results. It just means we have to modify what we do. And thanks to the 21 years of experience I’ve had training clients over 40 (which now includes myself!), I’ve been able to develop a PROVEN program that works for you.

It doesn’t require…

Long, slow cardio workouts
Crunches or sit-ups
Heavy weight machine exercises at an expensive gym

For example, here’s a belly fat destroying workout that you can do at home, even in your PJ’s if you want, in just a few minutes.

10-Minute Over-40 Fat Burner

– Do each exercise for 60 seconds.
– Do not rest between exercises.
– Repeat the circuit twice.

1A) Mountain Climber (alternating sides)
1B) Jumping Jacks
1C) T-Pushup (alternating sides) or Kneeling Pushup
1D) Bodyweight Squat
1E) Total Body Extension
