Missi’s 10-Minute Fat Burner
1A) DB Squat & Overhead Press
1B) DB Bent Over Reverse Fly
1C) DB 1-Arm Chest Press on Ball (alternating sides)
1D) Split Squat with 1-Arm Curl (30 seconds per side)
- Do each exercise for 30 seconds.
- Rest for 30 seconds between exercises.
- If you are advanced, do each exercise for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds between exercises.
- Go through the circuit 2 times for a 10 minute fat burner workout.
Have 2 minutes more?
Do 2 sets of Slow Mountain Climbers (one of Missi’s favorites for abs) to finish.
