So how does the TT Transformation Contest work?
PRINT OUT these instructions so you don’t miss a chance to win my money.
First, you commit to changing your life, starting today, or any time before Wednesday, January 15th – the final day to enter the 12-week contest.
Second, you get a newspaper and take your Before photo. Keep that on your computer so that you can send it in at the end of the contest (you don’t need to send it in now).
Third, start using any of the following fat burning workout options for the next 12 weeks:
a) Turbulence Training
b) Home Workout Revolution
c) Any of my free workouts that we’ve given away on Facebook, Youtube, or my TTFatLoss.com blog
d) Any workout from a Certified Turbulence Trainer, like Mikey Whitfield’s Finishers, Shawna Kaminski’s Challenge Workouts, Kate Vidulich’s Fat Loss Accelerators, Chris Lopez’s Kettlebell Workouts, etc.
e) Any workout program done in-person with a Certified Turbulence Trainer like Catherine Gordon and Corey Arsenault have done with the clients
Fourth, after 12-weeks of transforming your body with an approved Turbulence Training workout, buy another newspaper and take an amazing After photo.

Here’s a quick garage circuit workout I used on Christmas morning…enjoy this idea as just another free workout gift…you can even use it to kick off your TT Transformation:
1) KB Swings – 20 reps
2) KB Snatches – 5 per side
3) KB Goblet Squats – 20 reps
4) Slam Ball Slams – 20 reps
No rest between exercises.
30-60 seconds rest at the end of the circuit before repeating.
I did 6 circuits & an additional 100 bodyweight squats as a warm-up.
NOTE: The Slam Ball Slams are the toughest of those exercises on your conditioning. Picking up and slamming – 20 times – a 22 pound slam ball wears you out even quicker than KB swings with a 70 pound bell.
The Slam Ball is my new favorite garage gym toy – and that includes the $800 set of PowerBlocks that I bought myself for Christmas!
