12-Minute Black Friday Bodyweight Workout

No matter what happened yesterday, no matter what mistakes you feel you made, no matter what setbacks may have been dealt to you, no matter what obstacles you struggled with, today is a new day to start fresh, to return to your journey, to do what matters, to change what needs changing, to improve upon old habits, and to get better – as you are committed to doing every day.

Do NOT do slow, boring cardio. It doesn’t work. Instead, stay HOME from the gym and the mall.

Do this 12-Minute BW Workout from the upcoming December TT Workout of the Month called, High Frequency Bodyweight TT.

It will help you lose weight during the busiest month of the year (when we also tend to eat too much) without the need to go to a gym.

Workout B – HFSD Lower Body Maximus
– Start with the general bodyweight warm-up circuit.
– Total Workout Time = 12 minutes1) The Better-Than-Cardio Circuit
1A) Jumping Jacks – 30 seconds
1B) Close-Stance Bodyweight Squat – 30 seconds
1C) Spiderman Climb – 30 seconds
1D) Reverse Prisoner Lunge (alternating sides) – 30 seconds
1E) Decline Pushups – 30 seconds
Rest 30 seconds at the end of the circuit before repeating 1 more time

Squat Punisher Maximus
30 seconds of bodyweight squats.
30 second hold in the bottom position.
Repeat 3 more times with NO rest between rounds.

– Do as many pushups as you can in 3 minutes.
– You can do sets of as many reps as you want.
– You can rest whenever you want.
– Record your number and try to beat each week.
