Extreme Fat Loss Workout Finisher

WORKOUT DESCRIPTION
Perform the following circuit in order. Do not rest between exercises. Rest 20 seconds after completing the circuit and then repeat 3 more times for 4 total circuits.

1. Jump Squats – 10 reps
2. Burpee/Spiderman Pushup Combo or Burpee/Chin-up Combo – 10 reps
3. Shuttle Sprint – 10 reps
4. Spiderman Climb – 10 reps/side
