WORKOUT DESCRIPTION
Perform the following circuit in order, resting only during the rest intervals. After completing one round, repeat for a total of 2 rounds.

1. Jumping Jack Plank – 50 seconds
Rest 10 seconds
2. Prisoner Narrow Stance Squat – 50 seconds
Rest 10 seconds
3. Reaching Pushups – 50 seconds
Rest 10 seconds
4. Total Body Extensions – 50 seconds
Rest 10 seconds
5. Alternating Side Planks – 50 seconds
Rest 10 seconds

Repeat the circuit 1 more time for 2 total rounds
