WORKOUT DESCRIPTION
Perform the following superset resting only when needed. In the first superset, you’ll perform 6 reps of each exercise. In the next superset, you’ll perform 5 reps of each. Continue until you reach 1 rep of each exercise.
1. Prisoner Switch Lunge (6 reps per side … 1 per side)
2. 1-Arm Extended Pushup (6 reps per side … 1 per side)
