Facebook Messenger now has video chat. Today Messenger launched VOIP video chat. Basically, FaceTime but for iOS and Android. Check out this short video demonstrating how it works.

A new Cornell study finds students who pre-commit to a daily limit for time spent on distracting websites, are far more productive compared to students who have no set rules.
