You may have read about it here and there, but trendy “Matcha” powder has great health and fat-burning benefits that you should not ignore.

Really, this recipe is the easiest ever. It’s pretty much about mixing the ingredients in a bowl, and either shaping the bars with your hands or cutting them into bars.
