WORKOUT DESCRIPTION
Perform each of the following in order. Repeat for 2-3 rounds.

1. Superfrogs – 10 reps
Rest 20 seconds
2. Traveling Pushups – 10 reps
Rest 20 seconds
3. Sit outs – 10 reps (5 reps/side)
Rest 20 seconds
4. Ninjas – 10 reps (5 reps/side)
Rest 20 seconds

Repeat the circuit 1-2 more times for a total of 2-3 rounds.
