3 Sales Rules from Internet Marketing Beach Bum

On Wednesday morning, I watched a video by internet marketing celebrity and total beach bum, Frank Kern. In the free video, he gave 3 simple rules for selling.

Rule #1 – Tell them what you have
Rule #2 – Tell them what it will do for them
Rule #3 – Tell them what to do next

That’s it.

As I watched the video, I wrote an email for my fitness readers about a Cookbook that I was promoting as an affiliate offer.

This is the start of the email I sent out:

It will help you eat delicious meals while supporting your fat loss program. Finally. You get to eat amazing meals that don’t ruin all of your hard workout results.

Here’s what I want you to do next:

This cookbook has never been offered before, and that’s why it’s on sale. It’s pennies per recipe, and you’ll lose fat while loving your food.

That was it. That was Kern’s method.

Of course, I had to mess around with the system, and so my email then went on to give an awesome diet book review and 5 rules for fat loss diets that work…

…but that wasn’t part of the plan recommended by Kern. I just wanted to give more amazing content to my readers in addition to promoting the cookbook.

The diet book review probably decreased response a little, but that’s okay, the email still 55 sales for a total of $1402 in commissions.
