How can I break out of a productivity slump?

You’ll find that precise planning the night before is critical for making the next day successful. Take a look at what you do each night and see if you can make the path smoother to success in the morning.

Also, make sure you are getting a long, creative walk in every day, just like the greatest authors and composers in history. That allows our brains to operate differently and connect the dots for new ideas.

How would you advise someone to find what they’re passionate about and doing it for a living?

I’d recommend my “Million dollar 10X question” from my workshops. But only after you decide your values and vision, because they drive every decision.

Now I know that’s a lot of info, and a lot of heavy mental lifting, but I help all of my coaching clients through that at my Perfect Life Workshop sessions.

What is the most important thing you can do to build trust in a coaching relationship?

  • Deliver results!
  • Congruency in what you say and what you do
  • Vulnerability
  • Model Behavior
  • Truly care about the client personally and professionally
  • Consistency – show up with your best self every day

How does one choose a coach?

So now let’s dive deep into what you need to be looking for if you’re a client, or if you’re a coach, here are the 5 principles you must have made Golden so you get more clients.

  1. Experience so they can give you expert advice.
  2. Shares you morals and ethics.
  3. Provides no-holds-barred accountability.
  4. You need have a good rapport with the coach.
  5. You need to check references, just like you do when hiring a babysitter or a plumber.

What steps do you take to start your own mastermind group for entrepreneurs and high performers?

There has to be massive value and a big promise delivered.

Everyone is busy and there are so many events and coaching groups to choose from, so you have to show clear value on why busy entrepreneurs should spend a day or two with you.

You need proof, both of your success and your client’s successes, and then you need to get the right message to the right market.
