Eating the Right Foods and Gaining Weight

if you’re still eating the so-called ‘right’ foods but you’re still gaining weight, it’s NOT your fault. You’ve been tricked by the Big Food companies. That’s right, the same companies that brought us low-fat, high-sugar eating in the 90’s that left us sick, tired, and overweight are now fooling us with 100-calorie snack packs. But guess what, 100 calories of Oreos are still 100 calories of Oreos – and sugar and fat going straight to your hips and thighs.

Here’s how far these guys will go…A new article just reported that pizza companies donated over $1 million to lobbying groups to help keep “pizza classified as a vegetable in school lunches.” It’s no wonder our families are getting fat and sick. The government isn’t helping at all.

And don’t get me started on ‘healthy’ drinks. That Starbucks Mocha frappuccino you’re about to grab from the store? A 250ml bottle contains 6.4 teaspoons of sugar. That’s more than 100% of a woman’s recommended daily sugar intake, according to the American Heart Association.
