Burn 25 Calories Per Minute

Today’s alarm clock was a puking dog.

Yep, around 4am I heard a big “Yak” sound at the bottom of the stairs.

So I dragged myself out of bed and went downstairs for…

… a quick Easter Egg hunt to find the dog vomit.

Yay.

Ol’ Bally the Dog always picks a corner of the house to hide his puke.

But at least he did it on the tile floor, and not the wood.

Oh well.

Looks like Bally got into something yesterday during his adventures.

Each morning I let him out the back door of the garage and he goes on a little tour down to a small river on the farm.

While he goes off to bark and sniff, I do my garage gym workout.

Here’s where Bally and I exercise. Not fancy at all!

It’s amazing what you can do with dumbbells and bodyweight movements.

You definitely don’t need to go to a fancy, expensive gym.

Heck, you can even burn 25 calories per minute at home.

Don’t believe me?

Check out this research study from American College of Sports Medicine…

Subjects doing a TT-style 13-minute circuit workout burned 346 calories!

And 346/13 = … over 26 calories per minute!

Just to give you a comparison…

…Jogging at a 10-minute mile burns only 146 calories in about 15 minutes.

And it’s jogging. BORING!

Even Cross-Fit only burns about 13-16 calories per minute.

So here are the secrets to using a TT-Style workout at home to burn mega-calories.

Step 1 – Do a circuit of multi-muscle exercises.
Step 2 – Use an exercise and weight that allows you to do 20 repetitions.
Step 3 – Do as many reps as you can in 30 seconds.
Step 4 – Rest for 15 seconds between exercises (and between sides).
Step 5 – Do 3 rounds of the circuit.

The fat loss KEY, according to the researchers, is to keep the rest intervals short.

Less recovery = More calorie burning.

Here’s a sample circuit you can do at home.

The 25-Calorie Per Minute Workout

– Rest 15 seconds between exercises
– Repeat the circuit 3 times

1A) Dumbbell (DB) Reverse Lunge (alternating sides) – 30 seconds per side
1B) Pushup – 30 seconds
1C) DB 1-Arm Row – 30 seconds per side
1D) DB Goblet Squat – 30 seconds

This fat-torching workout takes just under 15 minutes…

…and burns more calories than 45 minutes on the elliptical machine.

Plus, the “Turbulence” you put on your muscles causes the Afterburn…

…so your body keeps incinerating fat for up to 48 hours after exercise.

This is how you lose belly fat fast.
