The Missi Holt 6-Minute Sexy Arms and Abs Workout

– Do each exercise for 30 seconds.
– Do not rest between exercises.
– Repeat the circuit twice in 6 minutes.

1A) Jumping Jacks
1B) Sphinx Pushup
1C) Squat Curl (can be done with bands or dumbbells or *Iso-Tension)
1D) Prisoner Reverse Lunge (alternating sides)
1E) Rocking Plank
1F) Burpee or Total Body Extension

Awesome. And no one does a workout like this better than Missi. I know because I’ve filmed days and days worth of workouts with her. She puts me to shame!

*Iso-Tension – Without weights, flex your elbows (like in a biceps curl) and contract your biceps as hard as you can when you return to the standing position. Then on the way down, straighten your arms and contract your triceps (the back of your arms) as hard as you can. You’ll be amazed at the workout you get!
