If someone is highly motivated, reliable, and of good intelligence - but doesn&#039;t know the business - can you turn that person into a superstar if you take the time to teach them the skills? And maybe more important than &quot;can you&quot; is: &quot;would you&quot;?

Or would you rather keep looking for a superstar who already has the skills?
