Did you know that 100 Million Americans (a whopping 1 in 3 people!) suffer from chronic pain in this country alone? And that over $600 billion is spent annually trying to manage it?
That's a serious amount of pain, don't you think?
Chronic pain is a (not so) silent epidemic. It creeps into every aspect of life. It robs us of our sleep, our ability to perform at work and to enjoy life.
And if you are one of the sufferers you know how hopeless it can feel. How it can REALLY drag you down and affect every single minute of your life.
There is a solution. It's fast and it's effective and it's easy. And it doesn't require trips to doctors or prescriptions or expensive treatments of any kind.
I KNOW because treating chronic pain is my 'thing'. As a fitness, yoga and nutritional expert, I have worked professionally with individuals and groups on their health issues for over 10 years and the Number One complaint I get is about PAIN. In the back. Around the knees. The hip joints…
And—even more importantly—complaints about what I call the "Other Pain". Pain caused by mental or emotional distress. Anxiety. Stress. Depression. Overwhelm. Self-Doubt.
But before I tell you how I can help you start living a pain-free life TODAY, I first need to make a very important confession.
I want you to know that I'm NOT perfect and I don't talk to you as a 'know-it-all' 'expert'. No way.
Because I've had my share of drama when it comes to my body and chronic pain.
Yep. I get what you're up against. I get pain. Big-time.
12 years ago, I was T-boned at an intersection early one morning on my way to work. The guy ran a red light, slammed into my passenger side, spun my SUV across the road and kept going.
It was pretty bad.
I emerged alive but struggled with constant back pain from that day on. And despite endless visits to doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists and osteopaths, nothing changed. And the serious joint pain I had inherited from my ballerina days just added fuel to the fire.
As anyone living with chronic pain, I struggled during the day and was tortured by night.
Did you know that if you go to the dictionary there are two definitions under the word 'pain'?
It's what I call the Other Pain. Mental stress. Emotional turmoil. Self-hatred. A sense of inadequacy.
I had the Other Pain in spades. I was deafened by my non-stop negative self-talk, the endless chatter repeating "You're worthless. Fat. Ugly. No one loves you."
I would look in the mirror and all I could see was a Fat Girl. (Even though by any sane standard I wasn't really fat).
I hated what I looked like. I hated what I felt like. I hated me.
I assumed that the problem was me; I simply wasn't 'good enough'. So I reasoned if I could just 'fix' myself, everything would change. I needed to make myself better. I was convinced that if only I could be more thin or beautiful everything would change. Once I was 'perfect', I'd have it all: the blissful marriage, the ideal job and all the love and lightness I'd ever craved.
So I set out on my impossible task of perfection.
Trying to quiet the negative chatter that was drowning out ME, I started exercising non-stop. Dieting. I worked harder and harder and faster and faster.
It got so bad that I developed a full blown eating and exercise disorder. I trained on the treadmill for up to 3 hours a day. Dieted until I was faint. And worse of all—purged up to 6 times a day.
I was determined to beat myself—and my body—into submission.
My pursuit of perfection was nothing more than an ongoing act of self-hatred towards my body. Yep. You got it. That same body that was already in serious pain to begin with!
In the end the 'solution' became worse than the problem itself; I started to suffer from adrenal fatigue, hormone imbalance and wild, unpredictable emotions.
My physical pain fed my mind pain.
My mind pain fed the physical.
Pain was pouring out of my pores.
Round and round I went.
I was broken. STUCK in a prison of my own making.
Worse, I was UNCERTAIN. I didn't have a clue how to get myself out of this situation.
In my panicked attempts to be 'in control' I was slipping dangerously in the other direction.
Here is what I was faced with:
In my never-ending desire to prove I could be 'perfect', I entered a local fitness competition.
I nearly drove myself to death preparing.
On the day I arrived to the competition, I was a mere shadow of myself, weighing in with only 9% body fat.
I came in a respectable third place but by my impossible standards this just wasn't good enough.
When I arrived home that night, I collapsed on the floor.
The pressure was too much.
I started to purge, punishing myself for not being 'perfect'.
My heart raced wildly.
I broke out in a cold sweat and remember thinking, "I'm going to die. My heart is just going to stop."
And then I passed out.
When I woke up, I had arrived at the place I had always dreaded.
The place called Rock Bottom.
Too weak to move, I just lay on the floor sobbing. My body throbbed with pain. My heart ached. I felt like I was dying.
Through the tears, a nearby book caught my eye. A little bit like a madwoman, I grabbed it and started to read and fell on these words:
As the mind, so the man;
bondage or liberation are in your own mind.
I stopped. STUNNED. Those 11 words were like a LIFE BELT thrown to me as I lay drowning in the roughest of seas.
I realized that my pain—even the physical pain—was in my own control. Because it was my mind—my thoughts—that were keeping me in the prison of pain.
My pain may very well have started with a car crash. But the real collapse—the true smashup—was in my thoughts. How I thought about myself and my world. How I was convinced I wasn't 'good' or 'perfect' enough.
Right then. Right there. I realized that if I feel liberated, I am liberated.
If I feel bound, I am bound.
It was time to press the reset button.
So I started to take baby steps.
Towards healing my mind and my body.
Yoga was the first of those very important big baby steps…
Actually it was pure and total luck. I ran into an old high school friend at the store who looked absolutely vibrant and she confided in me that her whole life had changed because of yoga.
Ready to turn over a new leaf, I figured I'd give yoga a try.
I started off ever so simply.
Just a few deep breaths every morning.
Plus a couple of stretches.
But each stretch, each breath, each sequence led me slowly but surely towards a more complete me.
I began to understand how my breathing had a direct effect on my energy and my mood.
I made the delightful discovery that the best way to speed my healing was—in fact—to slow down.
The new, soft, gentle energy of yoga was mending my body (and mind) in a way that I never before thought possible.
I started to sleep like a baby.
My headaches stopped.
And—most miraculously—the pain was gone. Pain which had been my constant companion simply GONE. My aching back. My stubborn joints. Stiff muscles. All that suffering. Gone.
Ditto with the Other Pain.
My runaway anxiety and anger vanished.
I no longer felt stressed out.
The Negative Self-Talk slowed down to a whisper and eventually stopped altogether.
Judgement and Self-Hatred transformed into Gratitude and Self-Acceptance.
Balance, calm and compassion tiptoed into my life like long lost friends.
In a matter of weeks, I had quite literally lost 100 pounds of emotional baggage.
I started to show up differently in the world.
And the biggest surprise of all?
It was all SO easy. Instead of torturing myself with draconian diets and hours of violent, grueling exercise, I enjoyed immediate results effortlessly.
I exchanged force for a natural, pure flow.
It was like drinking water from a pure, cold mountain stream. Easy. Natural. Pure.
After years of hitting my head against a brick wall, it felt like I was floating.
The bottom line?
Through yoga, I healed the pain. And finally became free. To love myself—and my life—for the very first time.
For those wounded by civilization, yoga is the most healing salve.

The creator of Yoga for Pain Relief, Missi's mission is to share the benefits of yoga with the whole world: how yoga can reduce pain, relieve stress, reduce blood glucose, lower blood pressure and cholesterol and nourish a healthy heart—from the inside out.
I bet there are some of you might be reading this just shaking your head.
Saying something like…
HOLD ON MISSI!Are you joking?
Ok that's fine enough for the bird-like Hollywood actress who can twist herself into a pretzel. Or maybe some aging hippy chanting 'OMMM' on the mountain top.
Busy old normal me with a thousand things on my plate? Kids and carpools and work and demanding bosses?
Yoga? Slowing down? Deep breathing?
Don't think so.
Hey I get it.
I hear this often in my practice—people thinking yoga just isn't for them.
But the reality is I teach yoga every single day. And my students come from all walks of life—busy moms, stressed out executives and retired 70 year olds.
Regular people. People who live the crazy lives we all lead in the 21st century. Full of good moments. But also full of stress and struggle and pain. All kinds of pain: physical, mental, emotional.
What I'm trying to say is that YOGA IS FOR EVERYONE!
And here are some of the amazing things you can expect from as little as TWO minutes a day of yoga:
Here's what my students say:
Beve G. in her early 70’s says:“I had taken time off from doing yoga and pilates and was getting treatment for some shoulder pain. I realized I was getting less flexible, less mobile, less balanced and more stiff. I have been doing variations of yoga the past 7 years and really needed the fresh postures and adjustments I found in the [Yoga for Pain Relief] program. I truly believe this is the NOW program for my relief and healing in these areas: physically, mentally, emotionally, and nutritionally. Staying dedicated to this program day by day really brings great benefit. The postures are fun, new and exciting to incorporate into my routine; very relaxing and calming. I look forward to each session as it reminds me of the power of breathing, balance, and awareness with each posture. Thanks for helping me get pain free!”
Summer L. in her mid 40’s says:“I had a weird pressure in my eyes all day. It was really annoying. When I came home today, it was turning into a headache. I did Sequence 1 (Align & Alleviate) and feel so much better!! It’s gone and I feel totally normal. :) Also, for the first time in my 43 years of life, I fixed three real meals yesterday. I’m glad for this opportunity to make better choices in my life. Thanks!”
Kathy A. in her mid 40’s says:“Have one replaced hip and on my way to the second. Have had hip pain in both hips and fighting plantar fasciitis from too much tennis. This program has helped re-balance me and has been a great complement to my other activities. My hips have felt better and the rest of my body is more relaxed and supple!”
Heather B. in her mid 30’s says:“I have been in the fitness industry for over 16 years. I have always been someone that is motivated to exercise and I push myself pretty hard. I have been going through a transition these past few months...this was wonderful timing and I really enjoyed it. I have never really enjoyed following videos/DVD’s, etc. I usually train on my own. However, I really look forward to the [Yoga for Pain Relief] sequences. I enjoy it most at night before bed. It is so helpful in quieting my thoughts - as well as reminding me how much I enjoy Yoga when I commit to it!”
Sarah H. in her late 20’s says:“Before this program I was struggling with plantar fasciitis from running. I would notice it when I got up in the middle of the night and in the morning. It was so painful. I couldn’t believe that after just one session my pain was gone! I got up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night and my foot didn’t hurt! I realized how important it can be to keeping me pain free. I love the yoga! I do it in the morning after walking the dog. Nice little start to the day!”
Sara O. in her late 20’s says:“I experience some pain in my fingers and hands from long-term computer use. Plus I have chronic stress and anxiety due to finishing my Masters degree, job stress, and life changes related to the passing of my mother last September. I find the pain and stress prevents me from fully enjoying things fully and purely. It’s hard to relax. But I love the [Yoga for Pain Relief] program. I actually found that when I was stressed and would have ordinarily grabbed a snack or surfed the internet, but instead I did yoga and felt balanced and great! I have lots of energy and mental clarity!
I love the relief breath work at the beginning of each sequence. I think it is so helpful and encourages better breathing throughout the routine. It also helps with my breathing throughout the day because those muscles are “awake” and I remember to use them more often.”
Mollie E. in her mid 30’s says:“I have been doing the routines before bed and it really helps me to sleep better. I feel relaxed, my body is less tense and my mind is clearer so I am able to fall asleep more easily and stay asleep. Using the program this way is working really well!”

Ok. So I want to be 100% transparent with you.
There IS a catch.
This is our maiden voyage.
Our first-time launch. To a larger audience outside my private clientele here in Colorado.
And because it's a launch, we are offering Yoga For Pain Relief at an incredibly low price.
That's the good news.
The bad news is that low price is going to change. Soon.
Great care has gone into this product:
I have spared no expense in bringing this program to the world and to ensure that it was super accessible to everyone.
Our bonuses are almost as good as the course itself.
But be careful. Because the number of bonuses available is extremely limited. When they run out, they run out.
I just won't be able to offer this product at such a low price forever.
But please, please don't worry.
(I really think you'll be pleasantly surprised when you see the actual price.)
Truth be told, it's probably a lot less than I actually should be charging.
But what IS important is that I am charging MUCH less than some of the other yoga courses out there.
It would be MUCH less than hiring me to teach you 1:1 IF I was available (I'm not).
Or if you went to a studio—which could run you into the hundreds of dollars (not to mention you have to do yoga in front of all those super flexible 20-somethings rather than in the privacy of your home).
Or you could of course learn this on your own. Trial-by-error. Throw good money after bad. Maybe figure out a bit about yoga. Maybe not.
And don't even get me going about other online yoga courses. Twice the price. PLUS totally inaccessible and HARD to follow. The truth is most of the yoga programs out there AREN'T designed for you. They are for diehard Yoga Heads who have been doing this for years. From the get-go, they expect you to know how to do complicated routines and provide absolutely NO explanation about any of the basics.
My program is not fancy, Advanced-Only yoga.
It is SUPER SIMPLE.
Accessible to EVERYONE.
My motto? If you can stand up and breathe, you should be able to do this program.
While the course is 100% complete and shows you everything you need to know, it remains simple and straightforward.
We will show you exactly how to do each movement.
We break things so it's like 'color by numbers'—real easy to follow.
As easy as breathing!
PLUS we don't go too fast. You can do as little or as much as you want. You can start by doing 2 minutes a day. Or you can dive in and start with our full sequences which are 20-30 minutes long.
I need to tell you about some of the special bonuses we are offering during this launch.
Our bonuses are alone worth the price of admission.
From the Daily Asanas and our exclusive Anti-Inflammatory Diet to our 5 Pain Specific Modules, our bonus package is bursting with pain relief magic.
Here's what's in store:
You might be wondering what the heck a 'daily asana' is?!
Ok, don't worry.
I'm not going all 'Omm' on you!
An asana is just another word for a posture. And postures (along with breathing) are the crucial building blocks in yoga.
Think of the asana as a little yummy 'slice' of the yoga cake.
With our Daily Asanas, we simply break each yoga pose down into simple, bite-size pieces.
In just 2 minutes, we show you the correct alignment and how to use your muscles.
These Daily Asanas will give you full confidence that you are doing things 'just right'.
Plus they are SO easy. Simple, serene movements literally anyone can do.
You can use the Asanas on their own as a little mini 2 minute routine (and still get yoga's amazing benefits).
…Or you can use them in tandem with the main 12-week program as a way to ensure you are getting maximum benefit from every single movement.
To my knowledge, these Daily Asanas are completely unique—available nowhere else.
You can exponentially accelerate the pain-free benefits of yoga by following a healthier diet.
One of the most common causes of pain is chronic inflammation, a condition which occurs when your tissues become irritated. The classic symptoms of chronic inflammation include swelling, stiffness and limited range of movement.
One of the best ways to reduce chronic inflammation is to change what you eat. Certain foods like dairy and wheat are considered the Number One Culprits in causing pain-inducing inflammation.
My Anti-Inflammatory Diet Book will help you shift your dietary habits so that you can reap the maximum benefits from the yoga program. The book will provide helpful guidelines as to what foods to avoid and which ones will promote total healing.
The Anti-Inflammatory Diet adapts to become your new lifestyle. It's not just another diet to follow for 12-weeks.
The Anti-Inflammatory Diet Protocol Book includes:
Our poor poor backs.
Millions of us sit for hours and hours each day, hunched over our computers, immobile for hours at a time. The lack of movement and flow of oxygenated blood wreaks havoc on our spine. Pain inevitably sets in.
My simple Back Pain module is designed to give instant relief. It contains three simple sequences that:
Knee pain is rampant, usually caused by tight quads, weak hamstrings and locked up joints of the ankle, knee and hip. This bonus sequence will bring immediate relief:
The hips are a place of pain and emotional distress for many people, especially women. Unlocking the physical pain in these areas can often clear up deep-seated emotional pains as well. With this bonus module, you will:
Digestive upsets like indigestion, heartburn and constipation are more and more common. Not surprising given the steep rise of stress and inactivity in our lives which are both key contributors to digestive problems. This module includes lots of twists which massage your internal organs. You will:
While often ignored, emotional and mental pain is as real as physical pain. What's more, the mind-body connection runs deep. Untreated emotional pain will aggravate physical complaints and vice versa. This bonus module will help you:
If you've read this far, you now understand how my easy, effortless yoga program can help you access the amazing benefits of yoga in a matter of minutes.
But I bet you're now wondering, "What's the price? How much do I need to pay to FINALLY rid myself of all the excruciating pain in body and mind?"
If you look at the Yoga for Pain Relief 12 program, we showed you how the 4 modules put together are worth the equivalent of $9,700 when you look at the pain-free benefits. Throw in the bonuses and the total value of the package is a whopping $10,939.
If you were to hire me privately (which I don't even offer anymore), it would cost you somewhere between $150-$300 an hour. If we worked together 3 times a week for a year, that would be somewhere between $23,400 and $46,800. In other words, it would set you back a pretty penny.
Another option would be to take a group lesson at a yoga studio. Mingle (and try to keep up) with all the little nimble 20 somethings in their tiny Spandex. To pay for that privilege—even for a few classes—you'd have to dish out a minimum of $640.
I guess you could learn all of this on your own. Pick and choose by trial-and-error various live or online yoga classes. But if you factor in all the time to research (and commute) to various classes with no assurance they are even good, you could drop $5000 without blinking. Not to mention money lost to the doctors and pills while your chronic pain rages on untreated.
And it's probably worth considering the money you WON'T spend once you FINALLY heal your chronic pain—inside and out. The doctors you will no longer visit (a cool $3600 if you're uninsured and visit a doctor monthly) Or the pills you no longer have to buy (the anti-depressants, the anti-pain pills could set you back $7000-$12000 a year!) The countless missed days of work without pay due to your suffering ($10,000+).
When I start calculating these numbers, I begin to think that a price of $1000 for my Yoga for Pain Relief program makes a whole lot of sense. But that's just for now when we first launch it. Once I get more case studies, feedback and results, my guess is I'll have to raise that price to at least $1700.
Actually, I'm even starting to doubt myself. I'm wondering if I should even TELL you about my special low launch price?
Oh well…Here goes…
Even though this proven program and diet will save you thousands of dollars in pills, prescriptions, treatments, and therapies, you won't have to invest thousands of dollars to get started.
In fact, you won't even need to invest $470 (the cost of just a few chiropractic treatments).
You won't even pay half that ($235.00).
And you won't even pay as much as most Americans spend on prescription pills each month ($117.50).
Your investment is just a fraction of the price you'd pay for pills, and my solution offers you permanent relief.
So today, to celebrate your new pain-free lifestyle…
That's 12.8 pennies a day over a year!
This is the 'early bird' price.
I promise this is not going to last.
So if you are a person that likes to take advantage of an opportunity rather than wait and pay more, I would strongly advise you grab this offer now.
This product at this crazy bargain basement price will absolutely not last forever.
This is a special launch. And when we finish it, the price will go up.
And a reminder about the bonuses. They are such a high value they could practically be a whole other course! But they are in short supply; I'm not 100% sure when they will run out but I do know it will be soon.
According to my current yoga students, they reported these results after only a SINGLE SESSION.
One of my students, who suffered excruciating pain in her neck and back said that within 2 weeks, 70% of ALL pain had simply vanished…
Millions of people suffer silently with chronic pain in their body and anguish in their mind. Chronic pain crushes lives…and hope.
The problem is of epidemic proportions and yet traditional solutions (pills, treatments, doctors) have barely made a dent.
Yoga for Pain Relief is the only yoga program in the world designed to heal pain—inside and out. It is also the only online yoga course on the planet designed in a way that literally ANYONE can do it. If you can stand up or lie down, you can do this course.
For a very limited time, we offer this extraordinary package at an unbeatable price of $47, a 99% Cost Savings.
And it comes at ZERO Risk because of our 90 Day 100% No Questions Asked Guarantee.
I have been devoted passionately to yoga after I saw the enormous transformation it brought me in my life. I've seen with my own eyes (and felt with my own body) how the simplest of postures, stretching and breathing can rid us of pain and suffering which has been resistant to other treatments for years.
These 'miracle' results can be yours. Yes. You too can dump the physical aches, the overwhelm, the stress and the self-doubt once and for all. You too can trade in the suffering and show up in the world calm and connected.
Every day will feel so good it will be like enjoying a day of pampering at a $500/day luxury spa. But the best part is that you can access this renewed, rejuvenated state for in as little as 2 minutes (and for a few pennies). From the privacy of your own home.

P.P.S. If you don't mind, I'd like to ask a rather unpleasant question. What happens if you don't buy Yoga for Pain Relief? Well, the best case scenario is that things will stay the same. You will continue to feel chronic pain and hobble about living half a life.
However, if you leave your chronic pain unattended, it is clear it won't get better all by itself. Your range of motion will continue to deteriorate. You will get stiffer. Less able to do things. Mentally and emotionally, you will become increasingly anxious and less and less able to deal with the stress in your life.
Please don't let this happen to you! Why not get Yoga For Pain Relief now. Don't regret not grabbing at this chance to live a full, pain free-life.
A: No. Yoga is all about helping you improve flexibility. Even if you're stiff as a board, this is the perfect program for you. There's no judgment and we work with you from wherever your starting place is. The more inflexible you are today, the more you'll be amazed at the progress you'll see in a short time.
A: Home practice is so great. You can use yoga to start your day, rejuvenate for a busy afternoon or wind down before bed. Whenever you want.
A: You will need a mat, but you can start with a simple mat from a sporting goods store or Target. As you advance your practice, I would recommend a stickier mat so you don't slide. My favorite is Jade Yoga Mats but there are a great many options online. You might find that yoga blocks or a strap (also available at stores like Target or Wal-Mart) are helpful in your practice. You also might want a bolster to help you achieve certain poses, especially if you're particularly inflexible. A bolster is simply a cushion designed to support you in specific poses and specialized sequences.
A: Yoga is so personal, which is why it gives you an opportunity to really understand YOUR needs. You can adapt the program to fit your level of fitness and comfort.
We offer lots of different options. For example, you can start out with Daily Asanas (2-3 minutes each) and Specific Sequences (5-15 minutes each—which puts the Asanas together) before you start the longer modules.
A: No. Yoga is NOT a religion. It doesn't require you to change your beliefs. Yoga is a way for you to get to know YOU at a deeper spiritual level, regardless of your belief systems.
A: We offer a 90-day guarantee. If you aren't happy, you get your money back. No questions asked.
Nobody is too old for yoga. Elisabeth of Bavaria, the Queen Mother of Belgium took up yoga in her 80s. And she learned to do headstands!
That's like saying you can't go to the gym because you're too fat! Being inflexible in your body is THE BEST reason to do yoga.
Yoga is NOT a religion. It's a philosophy, yes. A way of being, yes. It's a framework for personal development and growth. But it neither embraces nor rejects any religion or belief system. Yoga simply is.
This one probably comes from seeing pictures of yogis in extreme poses, but nothing could be further from the truth. Yoga is one of the most gentle "starter" exercises for people who have been sedentary for a long time because it uses gentle stretching and controlled breathing to build stamina and cardiac strength.
While it's true that some yoga studios can charge a lot for classes, there are lots of other ways to learn and practice yoga.
You can reap the physical benefits of yoga in just 10 minutes per day. 20 minutes per day improves brain function and cognitive abilities.
Yoga is a natural, drug-free pain reliever. Not only does regular yoga relieve chronic pain associated with arthritis, back injuries and stress, yoga practitioners have a higher threshold for pain.
Yoga is as real as real gets. You are working your whole body, you're massaging your organs, stretching and strengthening muscles and improving healthy alignment and mental cognition. No other single exercise can provide the spectrum of benefits of regular yoga practice.

Missi says if she were a dog, she'd be a black lab because:
I would love unconditionally, forgive quickly, play hard and rest hard and have awesome naps. I would always live in the moment and bring everybody joy wherever I went.
What her clients say:
Missi is not your ordinary, run-of-the-mill trainer with cookie cutter plans for her clients. She really invests in her clients and their specific needs. I recommend her, hands down! Her training builds healthy life practices and a deep understanding about body, food, fitness, well-being and self-care!
Strenuous activates the SNS (sympathetic nervous system), which stimulates the body's "fight or flight" response. Heart rate and respiration rates increase and stress hormones flood the blood stream.
Yoga has the exact opposite effect! By stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system. The deep breathing and relaxation and gentle stretching of yoga lowers blood pressure and slows respiration. When the parasympathetic nervous system kicks in, the body and mind are calm and stress-free, which allows for relaxation and healing.
