WORKOUT DESCRIPTION

Go through the following circuit without rest between exercises. Once you complete the circuit, immediately go through it again with NO rest.

1. Alternating lunge knees – 45 seconds

2. Run in place – 15 seconds

3. Plank Skull Crushers – 45 seconds

4. Run in place – 15 seconds

5. Punisher Step-Outs – 45 seconds

6. Run in place – 15 seconds

7. T-Pushups – 45 seconds

8. Run in place – 15 seconds

9. Burpees – 45 seconds

10. Run in place – 15 seconds

11. Jumping Jacks – 30 repetitions

Do NOT rest. Repeat circuit 2 more times for a total of 3 circuits.
