WORKOUT DESCRIPTION
Perform the following exercises in order without resting between exercises.

1. Vertical Jump and Stick – 25 reps (hold for 1 second at bottom position)
2. One-Arm Extended Pushup – 25 reps/side
3. Alternating Reverse Lunge – 25 reps/side
4. Spiderman Climb – 25 reps/side
5. One-Leg Romanian Deadlift – 15 reps/side
6. Close-Grip Pushup – 40 reps
7. Total Body Extensions – 60 reps
