8-Exercise Bodyweight Circuit

WORKOUT DESCRIPTION
Perform the following circuit in order. Do not rest between exercises. Rest 1 minute after completing the circuit and then repeat 2 more times for 3 total circuits.

1. Lateral Lunge – 10 reps/side
2. Elevated Pushup – 8 reps/side
3. Prisoner Reverse Lunge – 10 reps/side
4. Pushup Plank – 30 seconds
5. Squat Shuffle – 8 reps/side
6. Declined Pushup – 15 reps
7. Total Body Extension – 15 reps
8. Spiderman Pushup Plank – 20 seconds/side
