Perform the following circuit in order. Do not rest between exercises. Repeat the circuit 3 times for 4 total rounds.

1. Walkout to Pushup – 30 seconds
2. Mountain Climber – 30 seconds
3. Total Body Extensions –  30 seconds

Repeat 3 times for 4 total rounds.
