WORKOUT DESCRIPTION
Go through the following circuit without rest between exercises.
1. Prisoner Lunges – 25 reps/side
2. Offset Pushups – 20 reps/side
3. Close-grip Pushups – 10 reps
4. Inverted Rows – 25 reps
5. Box Jumps – 20 reps
6. Jump Squats – 10 reps
7. Lunge Jumps – 5 reps/side
8. Chin-ups – 25 reps
9. Stability Ball Jackknives – 25 reps
10. Wide-grip Pushups – 10 reps
